How do I place an order?

How early should I place my order?
We kindly request at least 5 days' advanced notice to orders.

What happens after I place my order?
After you place an order, we will issue your invoice and email it to you. The invoice serves as confirmation of our acceptance of your order. Once you receive the invoice, please pay 50% deposit within 24 hours to complete the order. Please note we will not bake your order unless we have received the deposit.

How can I make the deposit payment?​
You will find all the payment details at the very bottom of the invoice. Please ensure you quote your name in the payment reference.​

How will I know if you have received the payment?
We will update your invoice within 48 hours to confirm we have received the payment. You may also Whatsapp us (+230 5939 2385) to request confirmation.

When can I collect my order?
When submitting your order request, please state your preferred collection date and time. Please note we require at least 5 days' advanced notice to orders.

Do you offer a home delivery service?
We currently deliver within Plaine Wilhems (Curepipe, Floreal, RH, QB, BB, Ebene) and central Moka for an additional fee.​
The delivery slot allocated will depend on the delivery schedule set for that particular day. We will be in touch 1-2 days before to confirm the delivery times.

How do I settle the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is due in cash, bank transfer or MCB Juice upon collection / pick up of your order.

I think I’m going to be late collecting my order, what should I do?
Please give us a call or Whatsapp us ASAP to confirm it is possible to change the collection time.

Can I change the collection/delivery date after placing my order?
Please let us know ASAP if you wish to amend your order collection date. We will do our best but cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?​
If the request for cancellation is received over 4 complete days from when the order is due for collection / pick up, I will refund the paid 50% deposit in full. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 4 days of collection date.

I am health-conscious. Can I still eat your cakes?
We believe it is very important to take care of one’s health. This is why we try our best to reduce the sugar content of our bakes and desserts. If you have specific dietary preferences or requirements, please Whatsapp us (+230 5939 2385) to discuss further and we will confirm asap if it is possible to tweak our recipes accordingly.
